I love working out. The energy, the challenge, the feeling of pushing my body to new limits—it’s all part of what makes fitness exciting for me. But there’s one part of my routine I value even more than the workouts themselves: uninterrupted rest.
Resting is fitness, and without it, my progress and overall wellness would stall. Over time, I’ve learned that prioritizing recovery is not a sign of weakness or laziness but a powerful tool that supports my body and mind.

My Body Feels Better and Rest Heals
When I push myself during workouts, my muscles experience tiny tears and fatigue. This is normal and necessary for growth, but it also means my body needs time to repair.
